2017 Entertainment Schedule Released

AUBURN, MICHIGAN - On the edge of your seat, action-filled, Friday nights return to Tri-City Motor Speedway (TCMS) on Friday April 21, 2017. The 2017 schedule is packed full of entertainment through the season finale on September 1st.

TCMS is revving up the schedule with the addition of two special events, Monster Trucks on Sunday, June 18th and a Truck and Tractor Pull on Saturday, July 29th. The Monster Trucks will feature popular trucks from across the country such as Stinger and Master of Disaster as seen on TV. The double header event on Father’s Day will also highlight local Tough Trucks taking the center stage. The Truck and Tractor Pull will bring in high powered trucks and tractors from Michigan’s Eastern Region.

TCMS has lined the upcoming schedule with many of the fan favorites such as Kids & Autograph Night, Figure 8 Racing and Fireworks. The Great Lakes Super Sprints (GLSS) will return with your favorite winged sprint car drivers including Dustin Daggett, Gregg Dalman and Chase Ridenour. Kids will get to meet their favorite drivers during two autograph sessions on June 16 and July 28, and get to test their racing skills on August 11 with the return of the Kids Box Car Races. Sprint car enthusiasts will get their fix not just once but three times with the 360 winged sprints on June 9, July 21 and September 1. Season Championships wrap up the weekly points racing on Friday, August 11 and will be followed up by the annual Battle By the Bay taking place over two Fridays, August 18 and August 25. The season will commence with the Racing Extravaganza on September 1 featuring the duel of the wings, with the GLSS winged sprint cars and winged Outlaw Late Models.

TCMS continues to give back to the community with the return of the Fourth Annual Faster Pastor Race for Charity, Blood Drive Donation Night and the weekly Hero Discount taking $4 off grandstand admission for active military & veterans, police, firefighters, mobile first responders. Big Brothers Big Sisters & Royal Family Kids mentors will also receive complimentary admission when bringing their mentee to the races. As always, TCMS keeps your entertainment affordable for the family; coolers are welcome with your favorite snacks and drinks, just no glass containers.
