(New Date) Swap Meet / 2017 Season Banquet

This event has been moved to Sunday, October 8, 2017 due to high winds on Saturday 10/7/2017.

We're ending the season by saving your cash and holding a bash! Here's your chance to buy, sell or trade car parts and have one last outdoor celebration to close out the 2017 season at Tri-City Motor Speedway.

Event Classes

Free Racer's Swap Meet

The FREE Racer's Swap Meet will be held from 10:00 am-1:00 pm in the pits.

Wheeler Road and 8 Mile Gates will open at 9:00 am to set up selling booths. The Swap Meet starts at 10:00 am. There's no sign-up for having a car parts selling booth and there's no cost to attend.

Vendors (businesses) must be approved before setting up a selling booth.

Banquet Registation

Registration has closed for the banquet and you MAY still attend.

TCMS Drivers/Pit Crew/Family & TCMS Fans will bring a dish-to-pass for banquet admission. (6-8 people per dish or $5 a person if you do not want to bring food).

Stop by the registration table on your way into the banquet.

2017 Awards Banquet Info

Join your fellow racers for a cook out, trophies and awards as we close out the 2017 season. Register to attend by 10/3/2017.

TCMS Drivers/Pit Crew/Family & TCMS Fans will bring a dish-to-pass for banquet admission. (6-8 people per dish or $5 a person if you do not want to bring food).

TCMS will be providing pulled pork, paper products, table service. BYOB. Bring the camper and stay for the bonfire after party Sunday night.

Basic Timeline:

  • 10:00 AM - Grandstands open for banquet set up and dish drop off
  • 1:15 PM - Dish-to-Pass must be dropped off for food line set-up
  • 1:30 PM - Banquet starts
  • 2:00 PM - Food lines open
  • 3:00 PM - Awards starts
  • 4:30 PM - Banquet ends
  • 5:00 PM - Bonfire starts

FAQ

  • The rain/cold/wind date for both the Racer's Swap Meet and the 2017 Awards Banquet is Sunday, October 8, 2017. If we need to use date, we'll have the same time schedule as October 7th. Both events will be moved to Sunday.
  • Changes to our schedule due to weather will be sent out by text (see picture below), posted to Facebook and updated on our website.
  • Camping is welcome for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
  • Banquet attire: Dress comfortable in your favorite hoodie & jeans.
  • BYOB for entire event. Pop & water will be available with dinner.
  • Wheeler Road gate will be open all weekend for campers.
  • Driver's may renew their 2018 Pit Parking spots during the Swap Meet at the Tire Barn or online now by CLICKING HERE.
